What will your future hold?

A mystical wind has descended upon the WWE SuperCard studio, and our artists have become entranced. Their eyes glow between shades of pure white and smoky purple, like mist hanging over a placid lake. What could this mean? Can they see the future? WE DON’T KNOW, but they did make these really cool tarot-inspired cards:

With these new cards comes the BEAT THE ORACLE event. Like the Dungeons and Dropkicks and Street Fighter Tournament modes of the past, Beat the Oracle is all about collecting 13 unique tarot-inspired cards and using them to fight through increasing challenges to unlock bigger and better rewards. 

Beat The Oracle

Much like events before, the Beat The Oracle event has three modes: 

  • Deal of Destiny - An interactive pack involving 12 non-Superstar cards. Play this to unlock the Undertaker SE.

  • Mystic Map - A scavenger hunt across a mystical land. Traverse the map, unlock locations, and flip cards over to unlock Puzzle Pieces. The more pieces you unlock, the better your fate (and rewards!) 

  • Tarot Tournament - The main event. Check out more below.

In Tarot Tournament, your objective is to take down Tarot SEs in 1-on-1 tournament bouts. Take a specific SE down a set number of times, and you’ll earn it for your collection– here’s how:  

First, you’ll set up three decks, your Male, Female, and Alignment decks. Once you choose which opponent you’d like to face, you’ll go through three matches using either your Male or Female deck, as well as your Alignment deck. Each fight is a 1-on-1 bout against a set of increasingly tougher opponents. Upon beginning the match, one of your cards will be chosen, and one of their stats highlighted. How the match will be decided depends on you– will you use your Alignment cards to power up your cards and execute mystical combos? Or simply let the cards fall where they may and hope for the best? The more Tarot cards you collect, the more cards you’ll unlock.

Each run of tournament mode requires a Heart Token to start– these can be found in Deal of Destiny, as well as the Draft Board and various other places in-game. Each play of Tarot Tournament will earn you Star Tokens, which you can use to advance in Mystic Map. 

Finally, keep in mind that the more wins you’ve got in Tarot Tournament, the higher your Multiplier will be for Mystic Map, so it may be prudent to secure a win or two before venturing into the unknown. 

The Oracle sees all; knows all. Do you have the foresight and cunning to beat him?
