SuperClub Code of Conduct

The Cat Daddy SuperClub program is designed to serve as a conduit for positive community development around Cat Daddy titles. We love our content creators and understand that communication, action, and fun are paramount to the success of our games. In creating a program specifically for our most passionate advocates, it’s important that we maintain an inviting environment for everyone. Because of this, inclusion in the Cat Daddy SuperClub and the benefits that come with it, require that we pay close attention to the conduct of those we welcome into our family.

With that in mind, we encourage all SuperClub members to become familiar with the program’s Code of Conduct. These are not guidelines. We expect those in this program to conduct themselves with civility, respect, and decency both within the systems designated as Cat Daddy property as well as across social media, online game modes, and elsewhere where participants may socialize. Failure to do so could result in the following:

  • Investigation by the Cat Daddy Staff

  • Removal from Cat Daddy SuperClub Program

  • Temporary or Permanent In-Game Bans

  • Referral to Law Enforcement for Legal Action

Above all, we want you to enjoy participating in the SuperClub program and to extend that to the content you create around our games. Our goal is to help you build your community through frequent communication, first looks at news and gameplay, or other opportunities, but we require that you show other SuperClub members and Cat Daddy employees respect.

User Agreements, Non-Disclosure, & Support

The Cat Daddy catalog is comprised of many different titles, and with that comes various rules. However, our Terms of Service and EULA are consistent across all of our games. To be a SuperClub member you must have agreed to these terms, which are accessible here: https://2k.com/influencerprivacy/ and https://www.take2games.com/eula. All of our SuperClub will also be under NDA and adherence to the language set forth in such agreements is not only expected, but required. We also require all creators to adhere to FTC disclosure guidelines..

You are the faces of our community, making you leaders that our players respect and look to for standards related to our games. Therefore, the following is a non-exhaustive list of behaviors that will not be tolerated by those participating in the Cat Daddy SuperClub program and will result in the consequences listed above:

  • Targeted harassment of other players, including:

    • Hate speech

    • Offensive content of any kind

    • Verbal abuse

    • Sexual harassment or coercion

    • In-game harassment through manipulation or exploitation

  • Threatening violence against other players.

  • Exposing another player’s private information. Also known as “doxxing.”

  • Cheating, hacking, or otherwise exploiting a game in any way.

  • Promotion of services that violate Cat Daddy TOS or EULA, OR are deemed inappropriate and against Cat Daddy values. This includes 3rd parties or companies that;

    • Buy or sell Cat Daddy Accounts

    • Buy or sell NBA Cat Daddy virtual currency (VC) or MyTEAM Points (MTP)

    • Promote or sell age-restricted content alongside Cat Daddy products. This includes, but is not limited to:

      • Pornography

  • Exposing private messages with Cat Daddy employees or other SuperClub to the public

  • Using your participation in the NextMaker program to earn personal benefits, favors, or influence over others.

The conduct mentioned above applies not only to activity that takes place inside of the Cat Daddy games universe, but elsewhere as well. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Twitter/X

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • Discord

  • Twitch streams AND chat

  • YouTube, both VOD and Streams

  • DLive

  • Trovo

  • In-person events

If, upon further investigation, you are found to be in violation of these rules and regulations, you will, at minimum, be removed from the Cat Daddy SuperClub program with an official written notice and no warning.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, if you see something, say something. It is our job to protect our content creators and we take that very seriously.
