WWE SuperCard Road to WrestleMania Giveaway Official Rules

WWE SuperCard Road to WrestleMania Giveaway ("Giveaway") starts on March 17, 2023 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on April 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT ("Giveaway Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older. Employees of 2K Games, Inc. ("Sponsor"), World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, read the Official Rules and log on to WWE SuperCard. From the main menu, access the game mode, "In Your House", via the lower rotating feature carousel. Reach the end of the In Your House progress map by completing all fifteen (15) levels and opt in to the Giveaway by sending an in-game email (to [email protected]) via the "Promotions" link within the Support section of the Options menu.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: On or about April 5, 2023, ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. By entering the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the governing rules and Sponsor's decisions, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via their in-game entry email on or about April 6, 2023 and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, a runner-up will be notified.

PRIZE: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) WWE 2K23 game code (winners choice of platform and gen). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $59.99-$69.99.

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless 2K Games, Inc., World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled scores, game play, emails, posts, direct messages, tweets, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), platform, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the functionality of the game, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the game. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or game, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated scores will be void. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE GAME OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the name of the winner (first name, last initial, and state of residence), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 2K Games, Inc. 10 Hamilton Landing, Novato, CA 94949, no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Giveaway.
