WWE SUPERCARD SUPERSTAR SWAPPING CARD CONTEST Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The WWE SuperCard Superstar Swapping Card Contest ("Contest") may only be entered in or from the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Spain, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, France, Germany, or Spain.
1. Eligibility. Participation open only to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Spain who are at least 18 years old (or who have reached the age of majority in their state or province/territory of residence if it is greater than 18) as of date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of 2K Games, Inc. ("Sponsor"), World Wrestling Entertainment, inc. (“WWE”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Contest materials and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Only individuals can enter. Entries from teams, companies or groups are not permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry, for whatever reason, including, but not limited to, a perceived or actual conflict of interest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judge(s), which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
2. Start/End Dates. Entry period begins at 12:00:01 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on June 10, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
3. How to Enter. To enter the Contest, read the Official Rules and:
Create a customized card design using unique combinations of card frames and Superstar images in the WWE SuperCard game.
Take a picture or screenshot of your completed card design.
Follow Sponsor’s page on X (Twitter), located at @wwesupercard.
Submit your picture/screenshot as a post on X (Twitter), tagging @wwesupercard, and including the hashtags #wwesupercard, #cardswappingcontest, and #2KContest. Alternatively, on X (Twitter) you can submit your video or picture as a reply/comment to Sponsor’s Contest tweet/post, which will be labeled “WWE SuperCard Superstar Swapping Card Contest”, with the hashtags #wwesupercard, #cardswappingcontest, and #2KContest in the reply/comment and tag @wwesupercard.
All information included as part of the entry shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Submissions" or each as a "Submission." All Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions (as defined below), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Contest in the event an insufficient number of Submissions are received that meet the minimum judging criteria.
If you do not have a X (Twitter) account, establishing an account is free. All applicable platform terms apply. The applicable account must be set to “public” in order for your entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to private any time after the winner(s) has been announced.
By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to their Submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of all aspects of the Submission, apart from any of Sponsor’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, artwork, and characters ("Sponsor IP"), which may only be used pursuant to the limited license described more fully herein; (b) apart from any included Sponsor IP, the Submission is entrant’s own creation and is 100% original; (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and/or any other intellectual property right and will not include the name, photo, or likeness of any third parties; (d) the Submission complies with these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, the Guidelines and Restrictions; and (e) the Submission has not been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind, won any kind of award and/or been exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Limit one (1) Submission per person. Multiple Submissions from any person will be void. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth in Section 3 above is prohibited; no automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All Submissions become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
4. Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions"): Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission (where applicable) and disqualify an entrant from the Contest if it believes the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to these Guidelines and Restrictions or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to allow for minor deviations from the Guidelines and Restrictions based on clear intent to comply with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Submission Guidelines:
All Submissions must be submitted in accordance with the entry instructions in Section 3 above and otherwise comply with these Official Rules.
Content Restrictions:
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, its products or services, or any other person or party;
The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks of any entity other than the Sponsor IP, which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating a Submission in this Contest;
The Submission must not contain footage, music, images or artwork not created by entrant or owned by Sponsor;
The Submission must not contain footage, music, images or artwork that was created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and/or services;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
The Submission must not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
The Submission must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image;
The Submission must comply with X (Twitter) terms and conditions (as applicable).
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.
5. License to Submissions. Providing a Submission constitutes entrant’s consent to grant Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
ALL ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO POST, DISPLAY, OR OTHERWISE USE ANY SUBMISSIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WINNING SUBMISSION(S). FOR SAKE OF CLARITY, ENTRANTS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SPONSOR IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO USE THE WINNING SUBMISSION FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, SPONSOR WILL HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, AS DETERMINED BY IT IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO USE THE WINNING SUBMISSION. IF ANY SUBMISSION IS USED BY SPONSOR, INCLUDING THE WINNING SUBMISSIONS, ENTRANTS WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION ON ANY PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE WITH SUCH ENTRANT’S SUBMISSION (IF APPLICABLE).
6. Independently Developed Submissions. Each entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor’s use in matters independently developed of material similar to or identical with the Submission or containing features or elements similar to or identical with those contained in the Submission will not obligate Sponsor to negotiate with entrant, nor will it entitle entrant to any compensation of any kind. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that nothing herein shall preclude Sponsor from using any material in or similar to the Submission without obligation to entrant, including, but not limited to, if Sponsor has or has determined that it has an independent legal right to use such other material, including without limitation, because such features or elements were not new or novel, or were not originated by entrant, or were or may hereafter be independently created by or submitted to Sponsor.
7. Judging Panel. On or about June 11 2026, Sponsor or its designated judges, determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, shall review all eligible Submissions to select twenty (20) winners based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria ("Judging Panel Criteria"): (a) Originality/Uniqueness; (b) Creativity; and (c) Demonstration of Interesting Cards. Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, the twenty (20) entrants who submitted the highest scoring Submissions shall each be designated as a Winner. In the event of a tie, all tied Submissions will be re-judged by an additional judge selected by Sponsor who will break the tie using the Judging Panel Criteria. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize if, in its sole discretion it does not receive a sufficient number of qualified and eligible Submissions. Judging scores will not be revealed.
8. Prizes. Twenty (20) Winners will each receive one (1) prize pack, which will consist of the following in-game items for the WWE SuperCard game:
One (1) IMMORTALS card
One (1) card pack containing a set of unique Superstar images from across 12 SuperCard seasons
Five thousand (5,000) Credits
For the avoidance of doubt, any prizes that are in-game virtual goods or in-game virtual currencies: (i) have no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of WWE SuperCard; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
9. Winner Notification and Conditions. Potential winners will be notified via X (Twitter) direct message on or about June 11, 2026 and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility, Liability, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document within ten (10) days of date of prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her prize, fails to return all required documents within the specified time period, or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a runner-up. Up to three (3) runners-up for a prize will be contacted; after which, such prize may remain unawarded.
10. Publicity Grant. Participation in Contest and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designers to use their name, address (city and state and country), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, Submission and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its partners and promotion and advertising agencies, WWE, X Corp., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the "Released Entities"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. The Released Entities are not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
The Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled Submissions, emails, messages, phone calls, or communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Submissions, the announcement of the prize(s) or in any Contest-related materials. Released Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Entities are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Contest.
12. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner(s) from all non-suspect, eligible Submissions received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor using the winner determination process set forth above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED ENTITIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO ENTRANT FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED $10. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO ENTRANT. CHECK ENTRANT’S LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
14. Disputes; Governing Law. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in the State of New York, City of New York. The seat of the arbitration proceedings will be New York.
For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of each participant and the Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof.
15. Use of Data. Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor or its data processors in connection with the Contest, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy for the purposes of conducting, administering, and marketing the Contest. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.take2games.com/privacy. By participating in the Contest, you hereby acknowledge: (i) you have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing your personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by your own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
16. List of Winners. To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 10, 2026 to: Winner’s List Request, 2K Games, Inc., 10 Hamilton Landing, Novato CA 94949 and include the following reference: WWE SuperCard Superstar Swapping Card Contest.
17. Sponsor. 2K Games, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the United States company Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. The Sponsor’s address is 2K Games, Inc., 10 Hamilton Landing, Novato CA 94949.
