Season 13 is Coming. But first...
Hey SuperCard community,
As the sun begins to set on another SuperCard Summer, we thought it would be the perfect time to check in with you all and talk about what’s on the horizon. We’ve got a lot to look back on—about 12 seasons' worth—and we’re so thankful that you’ve been along for the ride with us.
From Tempest to Myth, from “Rare” to Shattered, Neon, and Gothic, from Unhinged to Leviathan, we’ve now seen 99 Rarities in WWE SuperCard—99 different aesthetics, 99 different sets of Superstars, 99 sets of freebie pulls, and thousands upon thousands of card designs and images. With all that considered, we’re honored to announce a huge milestone:
Rarity 100: CENTURION.

We designed the Centurion rarity to stand above the rest, to represent the best of the best in 12 years of SuperCard. We’ve packed this release full of extraordinary stars, immutable legends, and of course, some killer stats. While we hope you’ll find some exceptional cards in the Centurion rarity to add to your collection, we realized that keeping space for 100 rarities' worth of cards in your inventory isn’t an easy task, so we’re making one big, highly requested change:
We’re doubling the card cap.
We’ve heard time and again that getting rid of your favorite cards isn’t always fun or productive. While turning old cards into resources to get new ones is a critical part of the SuperCard experience, we know that some cards represent memories, experiences, and moments that you’d rather not turn into dust.
Starting on September 16th, on top of the 500 storage slots you’ve got for your current in-rotation cards, we’re adding 500 slots of Legacy Card-specific storage to your inventory. Our hope is that this will maintain game balance while allowing you to both hold onto some favorites as well as not leave your inventory bursting at the seams when Legacy Card-focused events come around.
You’ll need the extra space, because…
Season 13 is nearly here.
We’ve made it a point to collect feedback from you, the SuperCard community, in several different ways. We’ve chatted in our Discord, in focus groups, on social media, and occasionally, in person, to find out what makes SuperCard work for you: the good, the bad, and the rest.
After all of these conversations, we’re confident in the direction that we’re taking Season 13 and SuperCard as a whole, and we’re going to break it down into a few different posts, trailers, and announcements to make sure you don’t miss a beat come launch day. Here’s what to expect:
Announcement 1: Card Customization - October 14
Announcement 2: Card Catalog and Collection Mechanics Overhaul - October 21
Announcement 3 New Permanent mode: Off the Ropes - October 28
Season 13 Launch
As you may have noticed, we’re doubling down on one of the core experiences of WWE SuperCard that we think has gotten a little difficult—Collecting cards. You told us loud and clear what your favorite parts of SuperCard are, and it led us back to one core realization: collecting awesome cards is…awesome. Simple as it may seem, we also noticed that the systems that facilitate your ability to collect cards—the catalog, your card inventory, and the Pro’ing system—were all beginning to show their age. So, those are the things we’re looking to update.
It’s our mission in Season 13 to improve the experience of finding cool cards and adding them to your collection, starting next week with the card cap expansion. More on that soon.
In addition to this core “collection” philosophy, we’re tackling a few other big items throughout the season. Firstly, a new permanent mode, Off the Ropes, will be added at season launch for you to check out. As always, we’ll be including a number of new rarities and hundreds of freshly designed cards, including Special Editions, Limited Editions, and more.
We’re also excited to announce that we’re taking a hard look at events, team events, and our battle-style modes this season—while we won’t have changes ready at launch, adding new solo/team events and reworking pre-existing modes is high on our list of priorities. In fact, we’re getting a head start here. Join our Discord and use THIS THREAD to let us know what changes you’d most like to see regarding events/team events and modes. Tell us your favorites, your least-favorites, your most requested changes—everything!
Ok– that’s a ton to chew on. In the short term, we hope you enjoy the Centurion rarity, the card cap upgrade, and Block Bash’s return on September 16th.
Talk soon,
WWE SuperCard
